Production & Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical)Location: WolverhamptonSalary: Competitive, dependent on experienceShifts: Day and evening shifts (with occasional weekend cover)Join the UK's Leading Independent Paper Converter!At Task Consumer Products, we re proud to be the largest independent paper converter in the UK, manufacturing a wide range of toilet tissue and kitchen towel products.As our company continues to grow, we are expanding our Engineering Team and have opportunities for both Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join us at our Wolverhampton site.What You ll Be DoingAs a key part of the on-site Engineering Team, you ll be responsible for maintaining and optimising our production machinery and ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency. You ll contribute to scheduled maintenance, tackle breakdowns, and work across a wide range of state-of-the-art equipment.For Mechanical EngineersPerform planned mechanical maintenance tasksDiagnose and repair mechanical faultsRespond promptly to breakdownsWelding experience is desirableFor Electrical EngineersRespond to and diagnose electrical faults and breakdownsFault find and repair control system and software issuesSupport ongoing reliability and performance improvementsAcross all rolesPlan and undertake scheduled preventative maintenanceKeep accurate maintenance records and reportsWork collaboratively to maintain BRC standards and ensure safe working practicesWhat We re Looking ForWe re seeking experienced engineers with a background in FMCG manufacturing (ideally within a BRC-certified environment).
