Our client, an established, award-winning multidisciplinary engineering practice with a strong commitment to innovation and sustainability, is seeking a Project Engineer - Building Services (Mechanical) to join their experienced MEP team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the project management of small to medium-scale projects and individual engineering tasks for various client schemes across multiple sectors.\n \n The Project Engineer will:\n \nManage project delivery and engineering tasks for multiple schemes across sectors. \nDevelop, finalise, and review mechanical building services designs, including HVAC, domestic services, foul drainage, and building management systems.

\nConduct site surveys, inspections, and design calculations using both hand methods and software modelling. \nPrepare technical specifications, reports, and drawings with a high level of accuracy. \nProactively identify and resolve project risks and issues, representing the company confidently at meetings.

\nSupport and collaborate with junior engineers and contribute to client relationship growth and your own professional development. \n The Project Engineer will have:\n \nMinimum 5 years post-graduate, hands-on mechanical building services design experience within a consultancy environment. \nDemonstrable experience in supporting customer projects through to completion either at a consultancy or contractor.

\nDegree or Master’s in building services or architectural engineering. \nProficient in MS Office, Autodesk Revit MEP, NBS, EDSL Tas and/or IES VE. \nStrong initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
