Part of Xodus Group, Evolv Energies is at the forefront of major international projects where we bring a unique, integrated perspective and specialist engineering expertise to support offshore developers, investors and the wider construction and installation supply chain through Concept, Pre-FEED, FEED and Detailed Design and across Construction and Installation activities, predominately in relation to offshore wind, interconnectors and energy transition projects.

Role: Our Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers will work on a variety of project scopes including offshore wind (fixed and floating) and subsea cables (transmission and distribution). You will be accountable for the delivery of assigned project engineering scopes (including tendering and delivery) with the opportunity to be technically focused or progress towards project management.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

  • Leading assigned project engineering and package management deliverables on international projects.
  • Lead and provide project engineering input into tenders and project deliverables.
  • Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders such as TA's, SME's and other discipline Engineers.
  • Ensure projects and tenders are delivered in accordance with Evolv Energies and Client engineering requirements while maintaining quality assurance throughout.
  • Work effectively on several projects concurrently to deliver challenging targets.
  • Collaborate with our multi-disciplined engineering team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience with a background in Engineering, Naval Architecture, Surveying or Marine Operations with strong engineering and operational knowledge and experience in Marine / Offshore construction projects and operations related to offshore wind and ideally subsea cable projects.
  • Demonstrable expertise in the offshore renewables sector and understanding of engineering and operational deliverables through project development, delivery and operations & maintenance. Knowledge of CDM is a bonus.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels in the organisation and with key stakeholders outside the organisation.
  • A proactive attitude with a proven history of interfacing across multi-discipline teams to support decision making and due diligence processes and achieve outcomes.
