For over 125 years this company has been designing and delivering innovative technology and process systems used in blue chip companies across industries including food, chemical, and pharmaceuticals. Due to an increasing number of orders we are now looking to recruit an experienced Project Engineer/Manager to join the team and take ownership of turnkey capital equipment projects from contract award to customer handover. The Role As Project Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering complex capital equipment projects on time, budget and to the highest quality standards. This is a

hands-on, engineering-driven

position that spans the full project lifecycle - from sales handover through design, procurement, build, installation, and customer handover. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate multiple capital equipment projects from sales handover to completion. Delivery of multiple projects to time plans, cost, quality and safety Manage all stages: design, procurement, 3rd party equipment selection, subcontractor management, build, testing, and customer handover. Provide regular project updates and maintain strong communication with customers. Ensure projects are delivered to specification, on time and within budget. Manage risk and customer expectations Work closely with internal teams to ensure engineering and commercial alignment. Support commissioning and customer acceptance on site as required. About You We are looking for a proactive, organised candidate with strong technical and project management skills. Essential: 5-10 years' experience managing or coordinating capital equipment or turnkey engineering projects. Demonstrated ability to deliver on time, on budget and to high customer satisfaction. Engineering qualification/technical knowledge Confident interpreting engineering drawings/technical specifications. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to travel to customer sites in the UK and occasionally overseas. Full UK driving licence Desirable: Background in powder handling, bulk solids, process equipment, or related capital machinery.
