Your primary focus will be working closely with our in-house Engineering team and Project Management team to provide the detailed day-to-day management and logistical aspects associated with our multi-disciplined (Electrical, Mechanical, Process & Software) projects. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery team with mechanical delivery process pipework systems (hygienic and non-hygienic), vessels, and multi disciplined projects. Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans. Attend regular project progress and design review meetings as required. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Produce Bill of Materials from drawings for estimating and purchasing. Prepare and review technical documentation including P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and equipment specifications. Produce RAMS (Risk Assessment & Method Statements) for site project activities.
