Responsibilities

  • Supporting the delivery of engineering projects that contribute to strategic transformation, new product introductions and productivity improvements
  • Assisting in the specification, procurement, installation and validation of new equipment
  • Collaborating with contractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely and effectively
  • Providing engineering support across our global AWM network, learning from experts and growing your technical capabilities

Qualifications

  • A degree in engineering, science or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting or managing technical projects, ideally involving capital equipment
  • Skills in process validation, change control and project planning tools
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • A willingness to learn, take initiative and perform as, or grow into, a project leader
