We’re looking for a Projects Engineer to join a growing organisation delivering innovative broadcast and event technology for major live sporting events across the UK. You’ll play a key role in designing, installing, and delivering systems used in outside broadcast (OB) units, fibre infrastructure, and mobile production setups. The role blends project management with hands-on engineering, working both in studio and on location at live events. This position will be based full time from the company HQ in South London. What You’ll Do Deliver technical projects from design to live execution Support OB installations, fibre delivery, and mobile event setups Troubleshoot and provide technical support in fast-paced environments Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders Contribute to new facilities, OB units, and remote production galleries What We’re Looking For Broadcast system design and integration experience Knowledge of IP/networked broadcast systems Hands-on field engineering and OB/live event experience Problem-solving mindset, able to perform under pressure Flexibility to work weekends/irregular hours during busy seasons This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer who thrives on variety, loves solving technical challenges, and wants to be part of delivering some of the UK’s most exciting live events.
