Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Successful delivery of assigned projects against a defined plan and agreed timeframes Full accountability for all aspects of project delivery Key Duties and Responsibilities Drive and energise the completion of all allocated projects from handover through to completion Maintain project ownership using the action tracker for resolving and recording actions Act as the main project contact, liaising with the client, internal departments, and 3rd parties to manage both technical and commercial delivery Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, including commercial, contractual, design, and schedule risks Define and manage the project delivery schedule, highlighting critical path items and ensuring all QA/QC requirements are met Ensure financial systems are updated with accurate progress and forecast costs, raising variations early Understand and manage full project scope, ensuring milestones (e.g., S.I.T, F.A.T, mobilisation, release) are achieved
