Project Engineer

Our client is aleading, well established and respected manufacturing business. Due to company growth, they have a new opportunity for a Project Engineer to join the team.

Duties:

  • Assisting in the preparation of tenders, and project documentation.
  • Coordinating project requirements with procurement and admin staff.
  • Providing AutoCAD drawings and technical schedules as required
  • Providing prompt response to customers and consultants enquiries.
  • Attending pre-tender site surveys/meetings with project managers as required
  • Assist in on-site system commissioning/operator training

    • Requirements:

  • Have experience with the technical infrastructure and equipment of modern performance venues including lighting and AV systems
  • Are proficient in the use of MS 365 including SharePoint.
  • Basic proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Have good organisational/prioritising abilities to meet deadlines
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Our project work is international so an ability to travel whilst legally residing in the UK is required (Majority of worked will be UK based).

    • Desirable

  • Have experience in REVIT/BIM
  • Basic IT/Network configuration knowledge
  • Have manufacturer certified training in programming of industry specific solutions such as ETC Echo, ETC Paradigm, QSYS, Crestron, AMX etc
  • AVIXA CTS-D / CTS-I
