! This is an office-based role, but will have regular visits to customer sites. Youll sometimes oversee installations directly, managing subcontractors both in the UK and abroad. No two projects will be the same, and youll see your work delivered from initial order through to successful handover. What Youll Be Doing

Take full responsibility for contracts from order receipt to installation and handover. Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and agree the Project Scope with clients and sales teams. Own and maintain the project schedule. Produce project documentation (internal project numbers, Scope of Supply, timing plans, P&ID, BOMs, and layout drawings). Specify and source bought-out components and equipment. Manage project changes effectively. Organise delivery and installation of equipment, including: o

Customer Acceptance Testing (FAT/PDI) o

Packing and shipping (including export documentation) o

Installation planning, resources, and RAMS o

Site Acceptance Testing o

Training and documentation handover Ensure invoices are issued on time and projects remain commercially controlled. What Youll Need

Must-Haves: Experience in a similar role within a equipment OR machinery manufacturing. Proven history of delivering successful engineering projects. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with confidence to work across all business areas. Enthusiastic, proactive approach with a can do attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and MS Project. Proficiency in AutoCAD LT. Full UK Driving Licence. Nice to Have: Knowledge of steam systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and pipework. Basic understanding of electrical control systems. Why Join?
