Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy modern infrastructure solutions, from traditional on-prem to cloud-first environments.
  • Champion Microsoft 365 & Azure implementing and optimising Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, EntraID, Copilot, and beyond.
  • Lead high-impact migrations, whether it s Google Workspace to M365, on-prem to Azure, or tenant-to-tenant transitions.
  • Fortify environments by configuring Microsoft Defender for Endpoint & Servers, ensuring best-in-class security.
  • Bring communication to life with Teams Voice and Telephony rollouts.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with cybersecurity standards and modern IT frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Professional certifications such as M365 Administrator Expert or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
  • A strong technical background in Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, Intune, SharePoint, EntraID).
  • Proven experience managing complex migrations to M365 and Azure.
  • Expertise in Windows Server environments and Azure architecture.
  • A sharp eye for security and endpoint protection.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Copilot rollouts governance, adoption, and user enablement.
  • Skills in automation & analytics (Power Automate, Power BI, PowerShell, Graph API).
  • Deep knowledge of compliance frameworks (CIS, NIST, ISO 27001).
  • Familiarity with identity and access solutions (Okta, Duo, PIM, EPM).
  • Cross-platform device management (Android, macOS, Linux).
  • Exposure to hybrid networking and security (Zero Trust, VPNs, Azure Firewall).
  • Strong backup/DR expertise and cost optimisation know-how.
  • Ability to deliver change management & adoption programs that empower users, not overwhelm them.
