Project Engineer / Project Manager – Manufacturing
Location: Sheffield Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 (depending on experience) Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours (days only, flexible hours available with potential for a 4-day working week)
We are partnering with a leading manufacturing organisation in Sheffield that is seeking a Project Engineer / Project Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of innovative projects within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Quote, plan, manage, and deliver manufacturing projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
*
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.
*
Monitor budgets, forecast costs, and manage project finances effectively.
*
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
*
Ensure all projects meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
*
Prepare and present regular reports and updates for stakeholders.
*
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiency.
Requirements:
*
Experience in project management or engineering within a manufacturing environment preferred.
*
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
*
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
*
Proactive and hands-on approach to project delivery.
*
Full UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential
