PROJECT ENGINEER – BIRMINGHAM\n\nOur client is a leading Demolition and RC Contractor, turning over approximately £150m. They take on complex schemes across the UK and take pride in their team's dedication to delivering on time and within budget.\n\nThey are currently seeking a skilled PROJECT ENGINEER with experience working on demolition projects with retained façade and basement RC works.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Plan, coordinate, and assist all phases of demolition/RC works, from inception to completion.\n\n * Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and industry standards.\n\n * Liaise with Project Manager on demolition & basement works sequence.\n\n * Oversee site engineers.\n\n * Report any changes to QS.\n\n * Heavily involved in design co-ordination and meetings.\n\n * Design & tech submittals\n\n * Quality Assurance\n\n * Temporary works co-ordination\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\n * DEMOLITION EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL.\n\n * Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field ().\n\n * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\n\n * MUST have UK/London/Birmingham experience.\n\n * CSCS & SSSTS or SMSTS\n\nOffer:\n\n * Pay: £340 – 360 per day but negotiable for the right candidate.\n\n * Salary option if looking for a career with the company along with many benefits.\n\n * Long term work
