An innovative and well-established organisation operating in the energy and infrastructure sector is seeking a Proposals Engineer to support its growing project portfolio. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored, competitive technical proposals—while influencing long-term business success. International travel: occasional as required.

• Understanding of rotating equipment, mechanical components, or process systems
• Strong communication skills—confident in presenting technical information clearly
• Familiarity with working in regulated or quality-assured environments (e.g. ISO9001)
• A methodical and commercially aware mindset, with good time management
• Working knowledge of risk management in technical contexts
• Proficiency in using proposal systems or CRM platforms
• Engineering qualifications (e.g. HNC/HND/Degree) are welcome but not required
• A willingness to travel internationally on occasion
• A full driving licence
