Your Role as a Quality & Compliance Engineer:

  • Support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001 and other industry standards.
  • Conduct and manage internal, supplier, and external certification audits.
  • Oversee non-conformance investigations and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Ensure product compliance with CE marking, REACH, ROHS, and other international standards.
  • Collaborate with R&D, design, and supply chain teams to embed compliance into development and production processes.
  • Maintain technical files and regulatory documentation to support global market entry.
  • What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of ISO9001, CE marking, REACH, ROHS, or other regulatory frameworks (prior experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with QMS principles and auditing is a plus.
  • Passion for sustainability and compliance in emerging markets.
