Our client currently supports with the project welding and pipe work for Hinkley Point C and has an increasing workload as new projects are planned, so naturally the expansion of the Quality Engineering team adjusts with the increasing workload.Responsible for carrying out inspections and surveillance in accordance with the Project Quality Plan. They will create lifetime records, to develop, foster and promote a culture with the client of operational satisfaction.Ensure weld procedures comply with relevant code & contract requirementsReview of all documentation, LTRs & final certification packages are in accordance with contract requirementsReview calibration and test equipment are in full compliance with company & contract requirementsConduct audits of the works and Projects Quality System, including sub-contractors and supplier systems where appropriate.
