What You'll Be Doing:

Owning customer quality concerns and driving resolution through 8D/root cause analysis

Supporting internal audits, non-conformance management, and corrective actions

*

Championing continuous improvement and influencing culture shift across the business

*

Working closely with production and engineering teams to embed quality throughout the process

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a quality engineering role within automotive manufacturing

*

Strong knowledge of 8D, PPAP, APQP, and root cause analysis

*

Someone who thrives on fixing problems and improving systems

*

Passionate about building a quality-first culture in a fast-moving environment
