What we are looking for in this Quality Engineer role

  • We are flexible on your industry background

  • This is a people focused role. We want someone who is friendly and engaging – able to build relationships across the business and with suppliers

  • Ideally you will have some 8D / formal problem solving experience.

  • Ideally you will be supplier quality focused or wanting to have that diversity that comes with dealing with a high number of international/global suppliers

  • Within 20 miles approx. of Royal Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire; hybrid working available but office 4 days a week. 1 day per week work from home

  • Strong attention to detail

  • SME ‘doer’ mentality – whilst it’s part of a FTSE 250 PLC this is an agile, growing and highly profitable medium sized business

  • A Quality Engineer or Senior Quality Engineer seeking quality jobs / supplier quality engineer jobs in Royal Wootton Bassett, Swindon, Chippenham, Cirencester, Wiltshire region

  • A Quality Engineer who wants to work for a rock solid business; backed by a PLC which has grown 113% in the past 5 years
