A Quality Engineer is sought to join an innovative engineering team in Hampshire, contributing to the delivery of high-quality electronic products and the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes within a fast-growing OEM supporting cutting-edge industries. The Quality Engineer, Hampshire, will play a key role across the full product lifecycle, from supplier selection through to final inspection, ensuring that all products meet IPC-A-610, ISO9001 and other industry standards. You'll work closely with production, engineering, and supplier teams to maintain exceptional quality levels and drive improvements throughout the business. Responsibilities include: Overseeing production quality standards and technician training Conducting first article inspections and managing non-conformances Supporting design reviews, validation, and verification of new products Managing customer complaints, audits, and satisfaction reporting Liaising with suppliers to resolve material issues and improve quality Maintaining and improving the Business Management System and leading internal audits The Quality Engineer, Hampshire, will have the following key skills: Experience in a Quality Engineering role within electronics or high-tech manufacturing Strong knowledge of IPC-A-610, ISO9001, and related quality standards Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Hands-on experience with inspection of electronic/mechanical assemblies Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions APPLY NOW - the Quality Engineer job in Hampshire could be of interest.
