The Role

As the new

Quality Engineer , you will: Lead internal audits and drive continuous improvement across the business.

Work with design, production and supply chain teams to ensure products meet rigorous quality standards.

Oversee product compliance for global regulations, staying ahead of industry changes.

Manage customer returns and supplier non-conformance investigations.

Take ownership of testing facilities, schedules and standards, ensuring a culture of excellence.

Play a hands-on role in testing, risk assessments (FMEA), and product verification.

What You'll Bring

ISO9001 Quality Management Systems experience.

HNC (Level 4) or above in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).

Strong problem-solving, auditing and project management skills.

5+ years' industry experience, ideally with exposure to 5S/6S, RCCA, and PPAP.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manage multiple priorities.

Experience with global compliance (CE, UKCA, RoHS, REACH, Prop 65) is a strong advantage.
