Quality Engineer (QA/QC) Job Overview My cleint is seeking a Quality Engineer (QA/QC) to support the development and execution of Quality Assurance processes within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining and enhancing our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring full compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Assurance elements of manufacturing processes to meet or exceed customer and regulatory requirements.
Maintain and review QMS documentation to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and relevant standards.
Provide guidance on quality issues, risks, and opportunities to ensure adherence to contractual and statutory obligations.
Liaise with customers and suppliers on quality matters, ensuring specification requirements are fully understood and met.
Create and manage Quality Control Plans; ensure compliance with internal project stage gates (14).
Investigate non-conformances and drive effective root cause and corrective actions.
Track and share lessons learned across relevant teams to promote continuous improvement.
