Our client, a multinational manufacturing organisation based in Belfast, has a requirement for a Quality Engineer to work with multifunctional teams throughout the organisation, to ensure that products are delivered to meet costs, quality and schedule.ResponsibilitiesPrepare Supplier Quality plans and procedures to meet contractual, customer and regulatory requirements.Identify, investigate and solve Supplier Quality related problems using 8D Corrective Action methodology.Develop Supplier Quality improvement initiatives such as Supplier Delegation of Authority.Conduct onsite Supplier Quality assessment and audit.Coordinate Supplier delivery, conformity and FAIR (AS9102) documentation.Implement Commodity based inspection plans.Analyse and present Supplier historical performance data.Requirements / Qualifications3+ years experience in Supplier Quality or a related field.Aerospace/manufacturing experience, or from a relevant sector.OtherExcellent opportunity within a world leading organisation.
