This is a hands-on quality role focused on internal production quality, ensuring that what we produce is right the first time and fully compliant with aerospace standards and customer specifications. The successful candidate will work closely with design, production, and engineering teams to maintain and continuously improve internal quality performance.

Key Responsibilities

Review and interpret technical drawings, standards, and customer specifications. Ensure all requirements are correctly translated into manufacturing and inspection processes. Liaise with design teams to clarify technical or quality-related queries. Partner with production and engineering teams to ensure product quality at every stage. Monitor and assess production processes to ensure capability and compliance with tolerances. Utilise Statistical Process Control (SPC) to track trends, identify drift, and drive improvements.
