Monitor and improve production processes through root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.

Analyse and report on key quality metrics including defect rates, scrap, rework, and customer complaints.

Investigate quality issues flagged during production and support decision-making on rework, scrap, or use-as-is.

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
