liaising
with customers/suppliers. This is working with a down to earth SME company that will listen to you and work with you all day, there isn't any micro management at all, as long as the job is done they are happy. What will you be doing? You will be responsible for reducing scrap & rework costs. Set out inspection criteria, procedures & methods. Working to 8D processes, liaising with customers & suppliers to resolve problems. Conduct internal audits & ensure compliance with QMS audits. Assist with reviews to support NPI & EC feasibility. Carry out Gauge R&R studies as set by Quality Manager What will make you stand out from the crowd? Strong quality experience within precision manufacturing engineering. Knowledge & understanding of ISO9001 & IATF16949 standards. Able to read component engineering drawings. Good understanding of core tools (8D, 5Y, MSA Control plans etc.) Just as important as your experience, you need a good attitude.
