Key Responsibilities of Quality Engineer / Quality & Compliance Engineer / Quality Assurance Engineer * Conduct internal audits to confirm compliance and drive continuous improvement. * Collaborate across all areas of the business to identify and implement quality improvements. * Lead efforts to ensure product compliance with global regulatory requirements, staying ahead of upcoming changes. * Investigate and manage customer RMAs and supplier non-conformances. * Carry out hands-on product testing, including design of experiments and verification testing throughout product development and production stages. * Participate in risk assessments to proactively address potential product issues. * Maintain and oversee the Workshop and Test Facilities, managing testing schedules and applying 5S practices.
