As a Quality Engineer, you'll be a key player in upholding and improving our Quality Management System and ensuring regulatory compliance across all our projects. Based at Biggin Hill, you'll help drive forward our commitment to safety, precision, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Ensure conformity and release of products on CAA/EASA Form 1Maintain and update the MOE, POE, and QMS systemsLead internal audit programs and host external quality inspectionsSupport and improve our Safety and Quality SystemsLiaise with regulatory bodies such as the CAA and EASAConduct compliance investigations and technical reportingMonitor and audit suppliers to ensure standards are metLead root cause investigations (8D methodology) for non-conformitiesSupport risk assessments, health and safety protocols, and quality planningOversee calibration, tooling control, and performance indicators (KPIs/SPIs)Act as the main quality and H&S point of contact onsiteWhat We're Looking For:Qualifications & Knowledge:Minimum 3 years of experience in quality roles within aircraft interiors or similar sectorsCQI Certificate or Diploma in Quality AssuranceDegree in Aerospace Engineering preferredLead Auditor qualification (e.g., EN/AS9100) highly desirableStrong understanding of EASA/CAA Part 145 & Part 21 Subpart G regulationsExperience:Background in aircraft component repair or manufacturingProven experience managing quality and compliance in maintenance or production environmentsFamiliarity with regulatory authority negotiations and compliance reportingSkills & Attributes:Detail-oriented with strong analytical skillsClear, confident communicator - written and verbalProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Resilient, flexible, and able to perform under pressureOrganised and self-motivated with a proactive mindsetIf you would like to be considered for this position - Please email your CV to
