Location: Broughton, Chester (on-site)

Pay: £23.84/hr (PAYE) or £31.54/hr (Umbrella)

Shifts: Double day shift pattern (mornings/afternoons, 20% uplift)

Start: BPSS+ Clearance required

What You'll Do

Champion Quality: Provide expert support and advice on drawings, parts, and processes, ensuring our products meet the highest standards. Drive Improvement: Lead investigations into quality issues, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions-often within a single shift. Assure Excellence: Monitor and uphold our quality systems through regular audits and process confirmations. Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with cross-functional teams, presenting quality overviews to leadership and supporting continuous improvement. Problem Solve: Use proven tools (PPS, 5Y, Ishikawa, etc.) to tackle challenges and reduce non-conformities.What We're Looking For

Experience in a quality or engineering role within a major manufacturing environment (aerospace, automotive, or similar). Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and analyse data. Confident problem solver with a proactive, adaptable appr...
