In this position, you will be supporting the developmentand sustain the Quality Management System in line with Customerrequirements.What will you be doing at Arrow GC? You will beresponsible for supporting/maintaining Quality Assurance Systemdata8 D responses: Customer liaison for allquality related issues/queries and lead root cause analysis (RCA)and assist in implementation of corrective/preventative actions fornonconformities with effective analytical and problem-solvingresolution.Completion of First Article Inspection ReportsFault trendanalysisCreation of quality metrics and KPIsWorking closely with Sales teams, alongwith Distribution center personnelSupport newbusiness activity working with SalesteamParticipating in Continuous Improvementsprojects as requiredEnsure adherence tocustomer requirements, standards and applicable regulatoryrequirements.Monitor the effectiveness of the QMS and recommend enhancements.Prepare for andfacilitate customer audits, document audit findings and overseecorrective and preventive actions.Analyzeprocesses to identify opportunities for improvement and ensureconsistent quality.Work withcustomers/suppliers directly in a courteous and professionalmannerCollaborate with cross-functional teamsto meet Customer and regulatoryexpectationsGenerate reports on KPIs andqualitymetricsWhat arewe looking for?
