We’re looking for a Reliability Engineer to join our pharmaceutical clients Production Engineering team and help shape the future of world-class asset management. The Role As a Reliability Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of developing and implementing a sustainable reliability program. You’ll work across Production, Projects, Facilities, and Engineering to: Identify and manage asset reliability risks impacting plant operations. Lead initiatives that reduce production losses and maintenance costs. Apply advanced root cause analysis to improve efficiency and reduce failures. Guide design, installation, and modification projects to ensure long-term reliability. Drive the adoption of modern maintenance strategies, predictive technologies, and statistical tools like Six Sigma. Key Responsibilities Support the growth of a structured reliability program aligned with cGMP and GEP. Analyse equipment performance (OEE, MTBF, MTTR, TEEP, remaining useful life). Develop spare parts strategies and robust maintenance plans. Provide training, coaching, and hands-on support in troubleshooting and reliability methods. Utilise risk assessment tools such as FMEA, RCA, RCM, PHA, and TPM. Collaborate with Capital Projects on reliability for new and modified installations. Define engineering standards, procedures, and SOPs to strengthen operational resilience.
