Collaborating closely with our production facilities, you'll help boost equipment performance and elevate our maintenance programs.The Recipe (About the Role)Collaborate closely with operations and maintenance teams to ensure consistent adherence to maintenance programs and practices across all facilities. Drive the continuous improvement of these programs by identifying opportunities for optimisation and implementing best practices.Act as the Subject Matter authority for the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring effective use, data integrity, and continuous improvement. Head maintenance reporting and KPI tracking to support data-driven solution-making and performance monitoring.Support both capital and non-capital projects by ensuring reliability fundamentals are embedded throughout.
