Your new company Due to continued growth, this fast-paced manufacturing site are seeking an experienced reliability engineer to support ongoing maintenance and improvement plans. This is a day-based role, working Monday to Friday. Your new role You will ensure the safety, reliability, and compliance of site assets through effective Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), timely defect resolution, and continuous improvement. You will manage and carry out all PPM activities in accordance with the 52-week maintenance plan, ensuring assets are safe, compliant, and production-ready, diagnose faults, identify, request, and fit required parts in a timely and compliant manner, record all maintenance activities and parts usage accurately in the maintenance management system (CMMS). You will train, coach, and support junior engineers to ensure safe, consistent, and correct execution of PPM tasks, report, escalate, and help resolve any safety issues or non-conformances. You will ensure all engineering parts used are correctly booked out of stores to maintain inventory accuracy and traceability and improve reliability and availability of critical assets through targeted maintenance and problem-solving.
