Job Title: Remote Front End Engineer (React/React Native)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $3,500 - 4,500 USD/month depending on experience paid via direct transfer

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 6:00pm Eastern Time

Job Overview

A leading web3 entertainment studio is seeking a talented Front End Engineer (React/React Native) to join our client\'s growing team working on innovative, player-driven applications. They are on a mission to deliver next-generation entertainment experiences at the intersection of gaming, sports, and mixed reality.

Responsibilities

• Front-End & Mobile Development: Build, maintain, and optimize mobile and web applications using React, React Native, and Expo. Deliver responsive, high-quality user experiences across Android and iOS platforms.
• UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional features, ensuring polished and engaging interfaces.
• Integration with Backend Services: Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate front-end components with APIs (GraphQL), ensuring seamless data flow and performance.
• Bug Fixing & Optimization: Take ownership of improving an existing mobile app handed over from an agency, proactively identifying and fixing bugs, and optimizing performance.
• Collaborative Feature Delivery: Partner with a skilled team of designers, product managers, and developers in an agile sprint environment to ship new features and enhancements.
• Innovation & Best Practices: Contribute creative solutions to improve usability, scalability, and performance. Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies

• 3+ years of professional front-end development experience (mid to senior level)
• Strong expertise in React, React Native, Expo, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL from a front-end perspective (Apollo Client or similar)
• Experience with state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, or similar)
• Familiarity with Android and iOS development (Swift a plus)
• Comfortable working within an Agile/Scrum environment and delivering to a prioritized backlog
• Good communication skills and a proactive, creative attitude

Bonus

• Experience with Web3 technologies (blockchain protocols, smart contracts, DeFi concepts)
• Familiarity with Web3 libraries (ethers.js, web3.js, wagmi, etc.)
• Background in gaming, mixed reality, or DeFi protocols
