We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Support Engineer to join our remote IT team. Responsibilities
Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to end-users via ticketing systems, email, and remote tools.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across MacOS, Windows, and Linux systems.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes (account setup, hardware provisioning, access control).
Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and support processes.
Support SaaS platforms like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, and Atlassian tools.
Escalate complex incidents to senior engineers and follow up to ensure resolution.
