Repair Stress Engineer

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Repair Stress Engineer to join on an initial 10-month contract. As a Repair Stress Engineer, you will be responsible for the analysis and justification of metallic and composite wing structures for static strength to support structural repairs according to validated methods.
Role: Repair Stress Engineer
Pay: Up to £46 per hour Via Umbrella
Location: Filton
Contract: Monday- Friday, 35Hours per week, 10 Month contract
IR35 Status: Inside
Security Clearance: BPSS
Responsibilities
Perform static strength analysis for repairs using Airbus approved methods and tools Create, compile and co-ordinate static strength justification reports and associated engineering documentation Ensure all tasks and activities required for Repair Engineering are correctly planned, monitored and executed to achieve customer time scales Work in conjunction with the Repair Design and F&DT Engineers to develop optimum repairs
Essential Skills
