With years of experience and a commitment to excellence, we partner with top automotive manufacturers to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety. We're currently looking for an experienced Resident Quality Engineer to support one of our prestigious automotive clients based in Chichester, West Sussex. You'll be the first point of contact and escalation for quality issues raised by associates of the customer on site. Once notified of an issue you'll be responsible for preliminary investigation of suspect parts and work with the originator to better understand the issue, agree and implement an immediate containment plan. After investigation you'll also be responsible for compiling a detailed report of the issue or concern and feedback the findings to the suppliers manufacturing plant based in Italy. Once the report has been completed you'll then need to drive the supplier plant to implement both containment and corrective actions at source within their manufacturing plant.
