Your new role

We're seeking a proactive and customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer to join a dynamic IT team. You'll be responsible for rolling out Windows 11, building PCs for end users, providing 1st and 2nd line support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across the business.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software

  • Resolve user issues via phone, email, and in-person

  • Maintain documentation and asset records
