Looking for your first step into high-impact engineering? As a Stress Engineer – known internally as a Mechanical Integrity Engineer – you’ll be part of the team that ensures our products are safe, robust, and ready to perform in the world’s most demanding conditions. From analysing the mechanical behaviour of rotating components to exploring life predictions for engine parts, this role is where deep thinking meets practical application.

This is a hands-on, learning-focused role where you’ll develop your understanding of real-world physics, cutting-edge digital modelling tools and critical systems that power everything from jet engines to defence platforms. You'll work with experienced engineers and be supported to grow your technical expertise, confidence and problem-solving skills.
