What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of SailPoint ISC solutions.
• Design and configure custom rules, workflows, and policies tailored to business needs.
• Manage application onboarding and run certification campaigns.
• Act as a technical advisor, guiding stakeholders through best practices and secure design.
• Deliver presentations, training, and documentation to ensure smooth handover.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM challenges with confidence.

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years of hands-on SailPoint ISC experience, including full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong grasp of IAM principles, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to build custom configurations from scratch.
• Experience onboarding apps and running certification campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
• SailPoint ISC or IDN Engineer Certification (required).
• Experience integrating SailPoint ISC with other IAM/security platforms.
• Familiarity with hybrid environments (cloud + on-prem).
• A consulting background with multi-client delivery experience.
