Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business opportunities across a range of industries, promoting filtration products including cartridge filters, housings, and bespoke filtration solutions.

The successful

Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Representative will ideally have experience in filtration, engineering, or process equipment sales, with a hunter mentality and a proven ability to win new business.

£80,000 (depending on experience) Bonus scheme Car allowance Pension scheme Holiday Additional benefits Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Representative Role Promote and sell a full range of filtration products, including cartridge filters, housings, and bespoke filtration systems. Drive new business development across industries such as oil & gas, petrochemical, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, water treatment, or similar. Work as part of the business development team, reporting directly to the Sales Manager. Build relationships with EPCs, OEMs, distributors, and end-users to identify and secure new business. Home-based with regular travel across the UK and occasional international visits. Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Representative Responsibilities Experience as a Sales Engineer, Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Business Development Executive, Key Account Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, Internal Sales Engineer, or similar, ideally within the filtration or fluid handling industry. Experience selling filtration or fluid handling products such as cartridge filters, process filters, bespoke filtration systems, or similar. Proactive, hunter mentality with the drive to identify and close new opportunities. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both distributors and direct clients. HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering would be a strong advantage, but not essential. Willingness to operate remotely with occasional international travel. Full UK driving license.
