About the RoleWe are seeking experienced Data Engineers with strong coding skills in SAS and/or Informatica, ideally with additional experience in Python. The role will involve productionising file copy processes from a data store, with responsibilities covering both design and run/support activities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, optimise, and maintain data pipelines using SAS, Informatica, and Python.Productionise file copy processes, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure workflows.Work with stakeholders to design, build, and support data solutions aligned with business needs.Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain ongoing data flows in a production environment.Support data quality, integrity, and governance standards.Document processes, technical specifications, and provide knowledge transfer to team members.Key Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with SAS and/or Informatica development.Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation.Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining ETL processes.Strong understanding of data management, storage, and integration practices.Ability to work in both design and run/support capacities.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Previous experience working in large-scale or government/public sector projects is highly desirable.Nice to HaveExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Familiarity with data security and compliance frameworks within government projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
