What you'll do: Resolve incidents and major incidents within SLA. Investigate root causes and implement permanent fixes or workarounds. Support enterprise IT services, ensuring availability, security, and integrity. Collaborate with project teams to transition new services into support. Maintain clear documentation and knowledge articles. Liaise with internal teams and third-party providers. Occasionally perform on-site tasks such as hardware swaps or patching.
What you'll bring: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Entra ID). Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Bicep). Windows Server (2012 R2-2022), Active Directory (multi-forest/domain). Office 365 setup and administration. Virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V). SAN and clustering technologies (Dell, HP). Exposure to SQL troubleshooting and Microsoft System Center (SCOM).
