Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SC Cleared Senior Infrastructure Analyst to join a large-scale Windows 11 and Microsoft Surface Pro refresh programme. The role will involve supporting the hardware and software refresh of approx. 5,000 devices at a secure site.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite Windows 11 upgrades, rebuilds, and device replacements.

• Configure MS Surface Pro devices, including BIOS settings and system health checks.

• Perform application installs, AD group assignments, and system clean-up.

• Troubleshoot device and application issues, ensuring smooth deployment.

• Update user records, inventories, and provide customer-facing support.

Essential Skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 & 11 (including OneDrive, system logs, updates).

• Experience with MS Surface Pro or similar hardware.

• Active Directory (adding objects/groups).

• SCCM task sequence building and device administration.

• Troubleshooting skills across devices, peripherals, and applications.

• ServiceNow experience desirable.

• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
