SC Technical Support Engineer (Apple/Android/Intune) Contract - Near to Chippenham

• Duration: Initially running until 20/03/2026 (extensions possible)
• IR35: Inside
• Rate: £25.15/hour

Skills / Experience

• Previous experience of supporting Apple and Android Phones (across multiple Hardware configs) within a corporate environment required

Responsibilities

• Respond to service tickets in your regional queue and/or as requested by your Team Leader, updating ticket progress after each visit.
• Contact users to understand issues, diagnose, and resolve faults with the phones. This typically includes enrol/de-enrolment of devices in Intune, new setup, password support and assistance with application issues.
• Ensure all tickets are managed and updated appropriately.
• Build a good and professional relationship with customers and 3rd party contacts.
• Follow all departmental procedures as specified by the Team Leader.
• Regularly attend daily calls/team meetings, flagging issues and identifying areas and processes for improvement.
