Level 2/3 IT Support Engineer to join their dynamic team. Thepany delivers high-quality IT consultancy and support to a diverse range of clients across the UK and internationally, from small businesses to large enterprises.
Your RoleAs a Level 2/3 IT Support Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional technical support and managing IT projects. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, resolvingplex issues, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring smooth IT operations both remotely and on-site.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage IT projects for a variety of clients.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, remote tools, or ticketing systems.Support and mentor Level 1/2 engineers.Install and maintain servers, networks, firewalls, and peripherals.Deliver Level 2/3 support on fixed-term client contracts, both on-site and remotely.What You Need to Succeed
