I am working with an MSP in Devon who is looking for a skilled IT support technician with extensive first line, and some second line experience to join the team.
This role will require client site visits and as such you will need to be able to drive to be successful.
You will be providing day to day IT support for clients, remotely and on site when needed.
You will be answering and triaging calls, sticking to SLA, managing your time effectively, and escalating when necessary.
You will be providing customer updates and ensuring customer satisfaction as well as updating documentation as necessary.
You will work with third party vendors when necessary.
You will be involved with hardware builds.
What they are looking for:
Ideally experience in an MSP or supporting lots of external end users.
Drivers license
Microsoft 365 – Azure / Entra, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Office
