Where will you be working? At M Group Highways, were supporting the safe transportation and movement of people across the UK. Youll be joining our Civils projects team - We deliver specialist civil engineering for the private and public sectors across the UK, building strong relationships based on a collaborative approach. Want to come and be a part of it? What will you be doing? You'll manage of all engineering activities including engineering control, setting out and providing direction to workforce. Leading Quality control systems to ensure compliance with project design and specifications.

You'll have line management responsibility for other Site and Graduate/Trainee Engineers. Ensuring the highest possible Health, Safety & Environmental standards are employed across all projects, adhering to Milestone health and safety policy/ environmental policy and actively supporting the It Starts With Me (ISWM) culture.

We'll ask you to survey & Engineering Control, responsible for checking all sub-contractor and direct labour works. Reviewing design and proposing solution by raising RFI's and communicating to relevant parties i.e. Designers / Sub Contractors.

You'll keep accurate records including site diary, records of works activities, resource allocations and as-built information using AutoCAD. What youll bring

Do you have good level of experience in civil engineering and workforce supervision including earthworks; drainage, structures and Highways? Are you able to review documents including the use of AutoCAD for planning and take off? The ability to remain flexible in your approach to the role whilst embracing change and helping to drive that change through; Highly organised and able to juggle priorities, whilst multi-tasking for many stakeholders, and still remaining focussed on whats most important
