Role OverviewWe have various ground mount solar PV assets under management. In addition, we operate a security department responsible for the installation and maintenance of security systems throughout the company.You will be required daily to visit various sites in the portfolio of the company both new build and existing sites to assist in the installation of CCTV systems. You will be asked to work closely with the Lead engineer in order to execute (i) installation of cabling, infrastructure, CCTV equipment (ii) preventative maintenance and corrective maintenanceWhat will you be doing?To install, maintain and repair of CCTV systems across our portfolioResponsible for complying with company proceduresReporting of activities performed on site, upon any site visit and on a daily basis, through the reporting system (MaintainX & SafetyCulture).Own risk assessment, analysis, and operational Limitations.Report all near misses as per company procedures.Keeping accurate and detailed records of issued equipment and spares.Keeping company vehicle and equipment in a good condition with own management of stock with Ethical power procurement teams.What are we looking for?Experienced in working in the solar energy industry and competent in CCTV, intruder and fire alarm installations.Can work under own initiative and under the direction of senior engineersFull UK Driving LicenceWillingness to travel flexiblyAble to use It equipment and mobile phone for reporting, working knowledge of Microsoft office, IT skills.Diligent approach to Health and SafetyA team player with an aptitude for learning different aspects of the businessWhy join us?At Ethical Power we are more than just a team, you’ll find a culture that values collaboration, celebrates diverse perspectives and supports growth every step of the way.
