Job Title: Security Engineer
Location: London (3 days onsite per week)
Rate: £640 per day (Inside IR35)

We are delighted to be offering a fantastic opportunity for experienced Security Engineers to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team. This role provides the chance to work on cutting-edge cloud security initiatives within a large-scale environment.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives:

As a Security Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing security controls across cloud platforms and enterprise applications.

• Developing and maintaining cloud security posture management (CSPM/SSPM) configurations and policies.
• Integrating CSPM solutions with other enterprise tools using APIs.
• Enhancing security capabilities within applications such as ServiceNow and O365.
• Supporting SIEM integrations and monitoring.
• Applying security engineering expertise across infrastructure, including Unix, Windows, and containerised environments (Docker).
• Producing high-quality documentation to support security initiatives and compliance.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Hands-on knowledge of SSPM or CSPM solutions (AppOmni, Microsoft tools, etc.).
• Strong API integration experience.
• ServiceNow and/or O365 security expertise.
• Containerisation knowledge (Docker on both Windows and Unix).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as ARM, CloudFormation, Terraform, and Git.
• Solid Unix and/or Windows system administration skills.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Experience working with AppOmni specifically.
• Advanced SIEM integration capabilities.
• Strong background in large-scale cloud environments.
• Additional certifications in cloud or security (e.g., Azure, AWS, CISSP).
