This is a hands-on role working both in our well-equipped workshop and out on site.ResponsibilitiesSteel cutting, fabrication and 2nd hand fabrication – making and repairing agricultural and industrial equipmentMaintenance and repair of second-hand tractors, trucks, and lorriesHeavy mechanical repairs and maintenance at a local quarryWelding, fitting, and general engineering tasks using MIG and stick techniquesQualificationsExperience in agricultural engineering and welding/fabricationSkilled in welding/fabrication (MIG & stick)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamPractical problem-solving skills and a strong work ethicFull UK driving licence
